Order Processing and Shipping

From the time you submit your order, it can take up to 48 hours to fulfil your order.

Once your order is ready to ship, it can take up to 3 days to receive your order.

Shipping time outside of the contiguous U.S. is 7 - 14 business days. (including Hawaii and Alaska).

For U.S. holiday shipping, order processing can take up to 3 days. Shipping can take up to 5 to 7 days.

An email with the status of your order is sent to your email address. A tracking ID is assigned to your order and is sent to you via email once the order ships.

You can also track your order by creating an account on berrycaye.com and logging in to see the order status.

We can only ship to residential addresses and are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Yes, we offer free shipping for orders over $50.

If your order ships before you can cancel the order, contact us and return the item to receive a refund.

We currently ship in North America. Shipping rates and times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Warranty

We cover dents, dings, tears, and discoloration for both custom and personalized products. We offer replacements if the product was not received. Report the defect to care@berrycaye.com within 30 days.
