ORDER PROCESSING

When you submit your order, we begin packing and preparing it for shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours to prepare your order. We provide you with a tracking number so you can track the shipping status.

SHIPPING TIME

We offer the following shipping methods.

Economy: 5 - 7 days

Standard: 3 - 5 days

Express: 2 - 3 days

For personalized apparel and accessories from the Carry the Memory® series, please allow 3 days for order processing and up to 5 days for shipping.

Shipping time outside the contiguous U.S. is 7-14 business days (including Hawaii and Alaska).

For U.S. holiday shipping, order processing can take 5 - 7 days. Shipping can take up to 5 to 7 days.

WHERE DOES BERRY CAYE® DELIVER?

We deliver to residential addresses in North America, Hawaii, and Alaska. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

Yes, we offer free shipping for orders over $50.

Canceling Your Order Before Shipping

If your order ships before you can cancel it, contact us at care@berrycaye.com. We will provide you with a shipping label so you can return the item and receive a refund.
