Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Berry Caye® gear as much as we do! If something isn't quite right, here’s how returns and exchanges work.

RETURNS

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To start a return, email us at care@berrycaye.com.

To receive a refund or exchange, items must meet return conditions.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Berry Caye custom items must be returned without any signs of use, wear, tear, marks, scratches, alterations, or other damage.

To qualify for a return, items must be:
• Unused, unworn, and unwashed
• In original condition with all tags attached
• In original packaging (where applicable)
• Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you confirming approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Eligible non-personalized items can receive a refund at the purchase price, whether paid at full price or on promotion.

Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error (defective item, wrong item shipped) or damage in transit.

If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't seen it, check with your bank or card provider first, then contact us at care@berrycaye.com.

Berry Caye® reserves the right to deny a return or refund, or to return the item to the customer at their expense, if it does not meet these conditions upon inspection.

EXCHANGES

All exchanges are subject to the return conditions stated above. Items must be returned without any signs of use, wear, tear, marks, scratches, alterations, or other damage.

RETURN SHIPPING

Defective or damaged items: Berry Caye® covers return shipping costs in full. We'll email you a prepaid return label.

All other returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund if a prepaid label is requested and used.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Berry Caye® is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  • Carry the Memory® personalized products (any item with custom text, photos, or designs is a final sale and not eligible for return, except if the item arrives defective or damaged.
  • Gift Cards
  • Items marked "Final Sale" at checkout
  • Items returned after the 30-day window

If a custom or personalized item arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged, contact us at care@berrycaye.com within 30 days of the delivery date with photos of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

RESTOCKING FEE

A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns except those resulting from a Berry Caye® error (defective item, incorrect item shipped, or damage during transit). The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total.
